In addition to our comprehensive service and maintenance packages Amsec provide a dedicated technical support line for all of its clients at no extra charge.

It may be a new installation or an existing site which we have taken over but each receives the same level of support.

The Technical support line is open 24/7 to take your calls and supports each product that we install. We can normally resolve many of the problems via the technical support line without the need for an engineer to attend site which brings with it many benefits.
